Lake Stevens 1/2 Ironman 2013...second year in a row. Mike dropped 17 minutes off his time from last year
With more work on the 520 bridge, they have more closures and sometimes you get caught out on the bridge. Bummer when you are late to dinner, but not bad when it's a nice day and you get to step out and enjoy
