Father's Day

Father's day 2012 was a change of pace from the last few years. It's usually a day focused on golf, but this year Father's Day was kicked off with a 3 hour bike ride of dads followed by an amazing brunch. Below is a picture of the biking dads and their kiddos.

New addition to the backyard...

So a couple weeks ago, we were approached a family friend of the neighbors to see if we were interested in a play structure for the back yard. We hadn't thought about it at all, but we were quick to say "sure"...

First we had to move a garden box and flatten out an area

Next we had to dismantle the structure from Gavin's backyard

Luckily Scott has a dump truck that we could use to haul it to our house

Oliver was invited over to the neighbor Liam's birthday party. Liam happens to be turning 12. Turns out that there were more girls invited to the party and I think Liam was being a sly kid and inviting the cute 3 year old to get to the ladies...

One of Oliver's favorite things about the airport is the taking the train to the S or N gates. Always have to sit in the front and drive the train.

Oliver spent some time on the beach digging for dinosaur bones...after we found a number of these bones - we put them together and realized we had just found a stegosaurus
