Will's visit and Wylie's Birthday

These pictures are from last weekend...and what a busy weekend it was.  Oliver's friend Will was in town from Salt Lake City and they had a blast together.  We had great weather - so a trip to the Kirkland beach and a lot of time out in the backyard and sandbox kept us busy.  They had fun pushing eashother around on the bike...unfortunately it wasn't always going straight.

How do kid's learn this?  So the last two pictures were from an evening of shopping.  Oliver loved the moped outside Pagliacci.  We also were in one of the kids stores and Oliver ran to the back of the store...this is where I found him.  How'd he know that there was a cartoon back there and all the other kids were lined up?  The kids were quite cute although very zombie like in front of the TV

Also last weekend - we attended Wylie's 2nd birthday party at a really cool coffee shop in Woodinville - Tots Spot.  You can get your coffee, lunch, or a snack and let your kids run wild at the same time.  All the kids had a great time and they enjoyed their cupcakes too.

Crew Races

This past Saturday, we braved the cold temperatures and headed out to Montlake to cheer on Oregon State Crew...and the Huskies too.
Here is Oliver with a big smile after one of his big "Go Beavs" chants
O and mommy taking it all in

O and grammy for a walk

O making friends with the funniest looking beaver on a leash that I've ever seen

O making friends with Zoe who took the OSU pride to a whole new level and dressed up like a beaver for the races.

Saturday events

Here are some photos and a video from Easter weekend, but from Saturday - not Sunday. That post will come shortly...in the mean time:

This picture is a great example of what life it like these days with Oliver - you just can't keep him still! He's laughs a lot, smiles a lot, and runs even more...

I lucked out on this photo - he stood still for 1.25 seconds while thinking about what to do next.

Making funny faces at the dinner table

We met the Leptich family for dinner on Saturday and afterwards Oliver and Gavin ran laps around some planters outside of the restaurant. Is it too early to start working on his form?

Bunny photos

A couple weeks before Easter, Grandma Joan took Oliver to get his pictures taken with a real live bunny. Oliver loves to look out the window at home and spot the bunnies in the yard...so this was a great opportunity to get to see one up close and personal as well as take some photos. Here are a couple of the pics.

Here is Oliver and Grandma laughing up a storm waiting to see the bunny.
