Just a day at the park...

We've been spending more time in the park lately with the great weather we've been having...



Slide down and climb up!

Oliver loves to work in the kitchen at home when we are making dinner. This is his kitchen at the park. He puts the trays in the oven and presses the screws below and makes a beep sound. Yummy!

One of his favorite parts of the local park is the sandbox and all the equipment.

Superbowl and other photos

Oliver invited his friends Hayden and Kendall over to watch the Superbowl a couple week ago. Here is a little break for dinner.

Happy Valentines

Happy Valentine's Day to all of you! We started our morning with Grandma Joan, Grandpa Jim, and Grandma Karen over for pink heart shaped pancakes. So yummy.


After a trip around the neighborhood on his bike, a long nap, and a little work in the yard - we went over to visit Kelly's boss who has week old twin baby girls. Oliver was very intrigued about the girls and kept saying "baby, baby".

For dinner - we went to sushi in Bellevue. Oliver was proud to sport his new valentine's shirt all day.

He's so funny!

In preperation for today, we spent some time in the kitchen making cookies...oh and of course eating snacks.

NO, NO, NO

Yes - there is this stage with every kid - but Oliver has learned the word No and has perfected it's use over the last couple weeks. Most of the time it's just super cute.

Do you want your diaper changed?
No

He'll hold some food over the floor while looking at you with his cute eyes knowing that he's not supposed to drop the food. Well - of course he drops the food and before it can even hit the floor...

And the trick then is to not smile and laugh...
